How Do I... Make An Appointment?

Appointments may be made by telephoning 295 3410, or calling in at the surgery.

Routine appointments may be made in advance up to a maximum of one month, which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist us to re-allocate the appointment to another patient.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

Home visits are strictly for people too ill to get to surgery. To arrange a home visit, please phone 295 3410 before 10.00am, if possible. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to prioritise requested visits.

How Do I... Obtain Test Results?

Test results and letters from local hospitals have to be checked by the doctor. Therefore please telephone for results in the afternoon. Some tests take longer than others. Your doctor should be able to give you an idea of how long you are likely to wait.You can obtain your test results by telephoning reception between 12 noon and 3.00pm.
