Extra Support to Keep Well and Feel Health

GP Practices, including our own, are experiencing severe pressures from increased demand.

If you think you may need some extra help, or someone to talk to, we are working together in Leeds to offer free support to people. Linking Leeds work with your doctors and nurses to look after you for anything non-medical and will offer you time to talk through your concerns. You will be given a dedicated support worker called a Wellbeing Coordinator, who can discuss any issues you are having and help provide support.

Alternatively the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service can provide a range of support for mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression.
